Please noted that Amazon will have a different cost than what we offer in the website. Please note the shipping is to curbside only, not include moving to your house/apartment.
We can ship to Australian, EU countries and UK. Total shipping time will be around 5 to 8 weeks for different models & addresses.

2. How long is the delivery ?
It usually takes 5 to 8 weeks after your made payment, we will send from our warehouse in the California or other locations through different selected logistics. Custom color or options might take 2 to 3weeks more for production.
For International customers, delivery can be 6 to 9 weeks by ship depends on your location.
3. Where do you ship them from?
For USA orders, we ship from our US California warehouse with inventory.
For International orders, we ship from our China factory directly to avoid extra cost on shipping and tax.
4. What is your Warranty ?
We provide one year warranty free part service. In case anything wrong, we will send replacement parts with instructions of how to fix. Also we provide 2 years warranty for structural for all orders.
5. How do they shipped?
The chairs are packed in wood case on pallet.
The chairs come disassembled / fold up as its smallest size. Customer needs to assemble the chair by himself with one or two helpers according to our references.
The chair is usually delivered with “Curbside delivery”, which is included in the price listing, and provides for delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway. Lift gate service is included in the delivery. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up or moving freight beyond the curbside, or disposal of packing materials.
6. What is regular color for your workstation?
The regular color is white/black, chair is black color with options for leather,super fiber leather,PU etc.We offer other colors as red/blue/yellow by for extra cost and longer delivery time.
7. Does the workstation comes with monitors?
No,we don’t sell monitors. Since customers has their own monitors and it’s quite easier and cheaper to get VESA compatible monitors On Amazon or local stores.
8. What kind of monitors is OK to connect with the workstations?
Most of the monitors with STANDARD VESA 75 x 75, 100 x 100 install holes
On backside can be installed with the workstations. Customers can also buy adapter for IMac to VESA Mount.
9. How do you handle after-sale services ?
We will have video call with customers to find out the problem of workstation , then send out the right replacement parts to customers through courier, and guide customer to fix the problem by video call/show.
10. How do I pay you ?
We accept Paypal and bank transfer /Credit card or cash for pick up from our warehouses.
